This Recruitment Privacy Policy applies to Gemius SA, AdOcean sp. z o.o., both seated at Postępu 18b Street, Warsaw, Poland and to Subsidiaries of Gemius SA (all of them collectively, "Gemius" or "we"). A list of Gemius’ subsidiaries with contact details is available at www.gemius.com.

Our application form is a recruiting software hosted on servers owned by Gemius. Candidates can submit their CV and application through this form.

What data we collect and for what purposes

Submission of your data is entirely voluntary. As part of the hiring process, Gemius will collect personal information about you, including what you submit by application form what you tell during application meetings and calls. Please, be aware that Gemius may check and verify received information (for example references or educational data) in order to ensure effectiveness of hiring process. From time to time, Gemius may ask you to review and update the personal information we hold about you.

When you visit our site and you fill out the application form, we also collect automatically data described in “Privacy Policy for Gemius website” section.

Who has access to your data

The personal data from new applications are reviewed by our recruiters primarily (but not exclusively) from Human Resources Team. Other staff involved in hiring process also may have access to your data. All our recruiters are bounded by relevant law and agreement’s provisions in order to ensure your privacy. To achieve the objectives of hiring process, and because we are part of a larger group of companies operating internationally, we may make your data available to other companies within the Gemius Group.

If all or part of our company is sold, merged or otherwise transferred to another entity, your data may be transferred as a part of that transaction.

How we use the information

Gemius may use your data to communicate with you in writing, by email or by telephone, to evaluate your application, to efficiently manage the Gemius hiring process and own employee administration.

Your rights in relation to submitted data

You have the right to access your personal data and to correct it. You also have the right to receive information about the personal data gathered about you, the categories and purposes of processing of your personal data and with whom your data has been shared.

Retention period

We may store your data for as long as needed, but not longer than 12 months for the purposes indicated in this Recruitment Privacy Policy

Sensitive information

We ask that you not send us any sensitive personal information (e.g., information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions or religion beliefs) on or through the Site or otherwise. This information does not affect the hiring process. Besides, Gemius is not entitled to process such information.

Policy Changes

This policy is based on the legal and factual situation as of effective date and is periodically reviewed. We encourage you to review it each time you send us your application to ensure that you stay apprised of any changes. Your use of the application form following these changes means that you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
