Invitation for Conference: Browsing the future of Bulgaria’s online advertising

A conference that should not be missed out – 14 May, Sofia
Just imagine the number of people in the advertising business in Bulgaria who would want to take a peep into the future of online advertising in the country. Perhaps all of them want that but how many could in reality?
All of us working at Gemius want to try and help you with that. Here is what we have in mind: a half-day conference where you could meet with people working for online markets that are very similar to our own but are at the same time ahead of us by several years. You will be surprised to find out to what extent the current state of the Bulgarian online market resembles that of the markets in the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and the Baltic states of some years ago. What in your opinion is the probability of us being in the near future right where those countries are now?
On the conference agenda there will be presentations by our speakers followed by your questions to them:
Hungary: Attila Weisz, Director, Omnicom Media Group (OMD),
Poland: Tomasz Kuisz, MRM Worldwide (Universal McCann),
Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia: Lauris Lietavietis, Senior advertising and client relations specialist of the biggest online portal in the Baltic states, www.delfi.lv.
The conference will officially introduce the first socio-demographic data about the Bulgarian internet covering audiences of over 150 resources among the biggest and most popular Bulgarian websites. The project management team will be available to answer your questions: Filip (International Operations Director, Gemius SA); Monika (International Business Development Manager, Gemius SA), Katarzyna ( International Operations Department Assistant, Gemius SA) and Vesselin (Country Manager, Gemius Bulgaria Ltd.).
We are aware how important and beneficial the opportunity is of all participants meeting and talking in an informal and hopefully pleasant setting and we have therefore scheduled time for a small cocktail hosted by Gemius Bulgaria Ltd. on the occasion of its public appearance.
The conference will be held on 14 May 2008 at 13:00 hrs in Sofia.
