How can I give selected access to statistics to other people?

  • Access Levels. In order to give access to your statistics to other people, the Administrator should define new access levels for your account. People who login to different access levels will be able to see different amounts of data depending on the permissions defined by the administrator. These people will not be able to make any changes - they can simply view statistics ("read-only" permission).
  • When defining a new access level, the Administrator has to define a name for the Access Level, a (unique) password for the access level and select the statistics and pages/sections, which that access level can see. A detailed set of instructions is available from the ADMINISTRATION/Account Management tab in the user-interface.
  • In order to see the statistics for the given access level, you should login using the following as your login ID: account_name:access_level_name (e.g. Abc:friends if the account name is "Abc" and the access level name is "Friends") and the appropriate access-level password.
  • "Guest" is a default access level which can be activated or not by the administrator. The Guest access level does not have a password.
